Super clean!! Encountered no bugs at all during our stay, and I believe there is a daily cleaning because came back to our room to find the beds made. When we stayed, there were 6 kittens who were very friendly and cute. We loved coming back and seeing them play. The location is great; it’s in the old city, about 15 minute walk from the night market. It’s tucked away so very quiet at night which was a plus. The owner was very helpful; when you check in, you get a packet with handy tips and some great restaurant recommendations. Decorations in the rooms are a bit non-cohesive but I loved them anyway because they made the room feel more homey. There’s a mini fridge in the rooms and a water dispenser in the lobby (which is super cute btw).

All in 1 Guesthouse was one of the most lovely hostels I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve been to quite many around the world! It’s a beautiful, family-run hostel with immaculate vibes- super cozy! We had a private room which was very comfortable. They were able to connect us with cheaper tickets for a Thai boxing match close by, we even had our laundry done there for a small fee- everything was great! There’s great food & bar options a short walk away, including 7-11 as well. And bonus, the cutest 5 little kittens we’ve ever seen & a sweet older kitty. Also, breakfast was great! I can’t say enough good things about this place. I will most certainly be back! Merci beaucoup!

Excellent budget accommodation provides great value for your money. Located in the Old City, surrounded by excellent restaurants and close to banks and ATMs. Room was cleaned the days we were there which was wonderful. The Set up in the common area is very practical providing lots of spaces to sit and relax. Staff very pleasant and Gilles very helpful and problem solved an internet site access situation that I couldn’t have done without him. Recommendations for tours and restaurants. Breakfast provided for additional baht.The resident cat is cute

Gilles and his team are exceptional when it’s comes down to hospitality. The room super clean and well looked after, never had anything to complain about. The location is perfect for those who are not on motorbikes so comfortable. Everything is within walking distance. So, if you are looking for a place where you want to feel home that’s the place to bey

The fan in the room is definitely a bonus to help boost air circulation. Loved the decoration, and I think the main light in (my) room has colour temperature settings, so if you turn it on and off a few times, it changes colour. Perhaps it's the same for all rooms. Motorbike rental is a bonus.
